Anodes for Electrowinning Plants
CAgroup Anodes for copper electrowinning plants (Cu EW) are available in a wide range of standard sizes as well as custom spec, built-to-match client requirements. Anodes for zinc electrowinning plants (Zn EW) also include a range of treatment options, including shot blasting and sandblasting.
CAgroup’s thermo-mechanically controlled rolled (TMCR) anodes are used in the electrowinning process.
Various anode accessories, such as insulators, stainless steel hooks, plastic hooks and plastic guides are available.

Used Anode Recycling/ Repurchasing
As part of our commitment to the environment, CAgroup can purchase back spent anodes from clients, which will be returned to our facility, broken down and recycled in a fully audited and environmentally safe manner. Upon arrival at our facility, used lead anodes for Copper Electrowinning are recycled into lower-grade products, whereas lead anodes for Zinc Electrowinning can be used in the manufacturing process of new anodes if requested by the client.
This practice ensures anodes are constantly repurposed, with minimum waste and/or impact to the environment.
